Quali dati trattiamo e perché

Dati di navigazione. Il server che ospita il sito registra automaticamente alcune informazioni tecniche (indirizzo IP, data e ora, pagine richieste, tipo di browser). Servono a far funzionare il sito e a garantirne la sicurezza; non vengono usati per identificare le persone né per profilarle. Base giuridica: legittimo interesse del titolare (art. 6.1.f GDPR). I dati sono conservati per il tempo strettamente necessario, secondo le impostazioni del fornitore di hosting.
Richieste inviate per email o telefono. Se ci scrivi o ci chiami, usiamo i dati che ci comunichi (nome, azienda, recapiti, contenuto della richiesta) solo per risponderti e dare seguito alla richiesta, anche in vista di un'offerta. Base giuridica: richiesta dell'interessato e misure precontrattuali (art. 6.1.b GDPR). I dati sono conservati per il tempo necessario a gestire la richiesta e gli eventuali rapporti che ne derivano, nei limiti previsti dalla legge.

La mappa nella sezione Contatti viene caricata solo se premi il pulsante «Mostra la mappa». Da quel momento Google può trattare dati come l'indirizzo IP e installare propri cookie, in qualità di titolare autonomo: si veda l'informativa di Google. Se non carichi la mappa, nessun dato viene inviato a Google.

What data we process and why

Browsing data. The server hosting the site automatically records some technical information (IP address, date and time, pages requested, browser type). It is needed to run the site and keep it secure; it is not used to identify or profile people. Legal basis: the controller's legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR). Data is kept only as long as strictly necessary, according to the hosting provider's settings.
Requests sent by email or phone. If you write or call us, we use the data you give us (name, company, contact details, content of your request) only to reply and follow up, including with a quotation. Legal basis: the data subject's request and pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR). Data is kept for the time needed to handle the request and any resulting relationship, within the limits set by law.

The site has no contact forms or restricted areas, does not require registration and does not carry out profiling or marketing.

Who we share data with

Data is not disseminated. The hosting provider and IT support providers may access it as far as necessary, acting on our behalf as data processors.

Google Maps

The map in the Contact section is loaded only if you press “Show map”. From that moment Google may process data such as your IP address and set its own cookies, as an independent controller: see Google's privacy policy. If you do not load the map, no data is sent to Google.

Your rights

You may ask us at any time for access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and portability (Arts. 15–22 GDPR) by writing to rbb@rbbimola.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (garanteprivacy.it).
